Description
This product is a digestive bran, which is high in fibre and low in sodium. It is meant to be added to foods to increase the intake of insoluble fibre, and can also be used in baking.
This product is by its nature high in fibre and very low in sodium. Digestive bran consists mainly of the outer layer of the wheat kernel. Added to food it provides a convenient way of increasing insoluble fibre intake.

Storage instructions
STORE IN A COOL, DRY PLACE. AFTER OPENING, KEEP IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER.
Usage suggestions
Add to foods such as muesli, porridge, stews and yoghurt. It is advised to introduce intake gradually. Digestive bran can also be used in baking bread, muffins and biscuits.
